Human rights
Human rights are importance for all
businesses. The Aditya BIRLA GROUP gives values and protection to the
rights of there workers.
They are having a good connection
with there employees.
On July 2019 the company published a new Human
Rights Policy on the principles of UN Global Compact.
Which covers issues such
as employee and stakeholder engagement, diversity and equal opportunities, and
forced and child labor.
This are the some points
of the policy,
· Maintaining positive legal
compliance with applicable constitutional and regulatory human rights
requirements and conforming to the Aditya Birla Group Sustainability Framework.
· Promoting awareness of the human
rights with employees at various levels through training and communication.
· Valuing diversity, equal
opportunity and the need to consider the rights of vulnerable groups such as
indigenous peoples, women, migrant workers and other minorities.
· Prohibiting all forms of harmful
child labour forced / trafficked labour, discrimination and harassment.
Antitrust and anti-corruption
Fraud is a broad legal concept, majorly encompassing the characteristic of the intention to defraud.
Fraud can occur in all types of organizations, irrespective of their size or type and due to the technologically advanced operations, growing complexities of internal structures of organizations.
And as its a global organization they formed an Anti Fraud Policy in the Company .
The intention is to control the corruption in the organization and also promote consistent legal and ethical organizational behaviour by assigning responsibility for the development of controls and providing guidelines for reporting and conducting investigations of suspected fraudulent behaviour.

OBJECTIVES OF POLICY
The policy has been framed to implement controls and prevention of fraud, reporting of any fraud and
appropriate dealing of issues relating to fraud.
here are some main objectives
a. Creating and maintaining a culture of honesty and high ethics;
b. Creating awareness about risks and controls;
c. Identify and assess the risks of fraud;
d. Implement the processes, procedures and controls needed to mitigate the
risks and reduce the opportunities for fraud; and
e. Develop an appropriate oversight process.
Grievance measures
The hotline is available for employees to anonymously report, via telephone, text message or email, any illegal or non compliant behavior they observe.
The hotline is run by an independent third party, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and escalates issues to our Internal Audit Department and Chief Legal Officer.
Employees may ask questions concerning actual or potential situations, and calls made to the hotline are handled in full compliance with local law. Depending upon the issues, these are then investigated by a team of auditors and/or human resources professionals. The hotline is available at all our plants and offices.

Similarly as you explained, Aditya Birla Group has follow their terms and policies up to the mark as they mentioned earlier.
